Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment via Postnl or DHL.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.
What are those rules?
Web shops must clearly inform consumers on their website about the legal rules surrounding the cancellation of their purchase. They must do this in an easily findable place, for example under the link “return”. Including this information under a link such as “customer service”, “frequently asked questions” or “terms and conditions” is not sufficient.
The consumer is entitled to a full refund of all costs he has incurred in order to have the order delivered. This means that he must also get back the delivery costs or other additional costs that he has paid if he cancels the order in its entirety. The costs for returning the products are for the customer.
Right to cancel
The right to cancel the purchase should not be limited for reasons other than legal. The consumer may also return articles on sale and suitable clothing.
The consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 days after the day of receipt of the product. From the moment of cancellation, he must return the purchase within 14 days. The online store must refund the amount within 14 days after notification of the cancellation. If the return shipment is not received within 14 days after the first contact, the product will not be returned.
The webshop may only pay back with a voucher if the consumer has agreed or paid with a voucher himself. This also applies to online purchases on sale.
